Aarcomm's Remote Controls Power Next Level Safety and Productivity on Harben's Jetting Equipment
Two-way wireless controls give operators real-time feedback, extended range and more control on the job
ATLANTA and COQUITLAM, British Columbia – Feb. 10, 2026 – Aarcomm Systems Inc. (Aarcomm), a leader in industrial wireless control solutions and Harben Inc. (Harben), a manufacturer of professional jetting equipment for the water and wastewater industry, today announced the integration of Aarcomm’s HHT Remote Control System across Harben’s professional jetting equipment line.
The integration gives operators the ability to control key machine functions and view live performance data including pressure (PSI) and engine speed (RPM) directly from a handheld remote. This allows them to monitor system performance from a distance, improving safety and making faster decisions in the field.
For equipment manufacturers, the partnership demonstrates how advanced remote control technology can be embedded into machines to improve safety, reduce downtime, and create a better operator experience, without adding complexity for end users.
“Our remote control system delivers capabilities that traditional remotes simply can't, helping operators perform better," said Jeffrey Yee, CEO of Aarcomm. "Harben understood that their operators needed more than basic remote functionality and equipped them with a solution that improves productivity, supports safer work practices and helps fleets get more value from their equipment.”
By integrating Aarcomm’s two-way remote technology, Harben operators have:
● Greater safety by allowing them to work at a distance from high-pressure equipment
● 100% waterproof remote control system that withstands harsh work sites
● Faster troubleshooting through live machine feedback
● Improved productivity by reducing trips back to the truck
● Higher efficiency and productivity across crews and job sites
“Aarcomm’s technology strengthens the quality of Harben equipment and reinforces our commitment to reliability, durability, and performance in demanding environments,” said Jennifer Wade, CEO of Harben. “We’re giving operators greater control, better feedback, and more confidence on every job. It’s another step forward in ensuring Harben continues to set the standard for professional jetting equipment.”
Built for real-world job sites
Aarcomm’s industry-leading remote control system is designed for harsh environments and outdoor use offering:
● Rugged, waterproof construction (IP66/IP67)
● Two-way data exchange between the machine and remote
● Quick pairing, simple setup and easy to use
● Long-range, interference-resistant communication
● Long-life rechargeable battery with wireless and USB charging

The announcement comes ahead of Aarcomm and Harben's joint presence at The Water and Wastewater Equipment Treatment and Transport (WWETT) Show in Indianapolis, Feb.16 –19. Representatives from both companies will be available to discuss the integration and demonstrate the technology:
● Aarcomm: Booth 5132
● Harben: Booth 2125
In addition, Aarcomm and Harben will co-host a networking happy hour on Wednesday, Feb.18 from 2 – 4 p.m. at the Harben booth. Attendees can learn more about the advanced wireless control integration while networking with industry professionals. Registration details can be found here.
