The Opportunity
You will be pivotal in:
Responding to inbound inquiries. Qualifying leads and conducting initial discovery calls to understand their needs and determine their fit for our solutions.
Networking with customers, partners, industry associations, and prospects to increase Aarcomm followers on different social media platforms
Converting the above to raving fans through daily review of, and interaction with, social media posts.
Activities include:
Data entry of new information and updating existing information in the CRM system (Salesforce).
Regular outbound cold calling
Participate in sales and marketing meetings to provide insights and feedback on lead quality and conversion rates
Research and find new prospects to target and survey.
Provide feedback to Marketing on communication strategy, tactics, and tools
Attend industry trade shows in Las Vegas and across North America
Continually increase knowledge of Aarcomm products and presentations

What we are looking for:
Post-secondary degree/diploma or equivalent experience.
Strong communication skills via phone, email and social media
Excellent research skills
Proficiency with MS Office, various social media platforms, and CRM software
Bonus points if you have:
Experience or interest in mobile construction equipment, hydraulic components or electrical engineering technology.
Previous sales or marketing experience, particularly in B2B role.
Proficiency with Salesforce and Apollo or equivalent tools
Prior experience as a sales or marketing development rep
Ability to laugh at “Dad jokes”
