WIRELESS CONTROL SYSTEMS FOR OEMS

The Most Reliable Industrial Wireless Remote Controls

Choosing a wireless control partner is a long-term decision. It affects your engineering, production, operations, and support.

The remote is where your operator meets your machine. It shapes safety, usability, and how your equipment is judged on the jobsite.

Aarcomm treats that as a partnership. We integrate with your machine's existing hydraulic and electrical systems, configure the remote to your operators' workflow, apply your branding, and back it with a two-year warranty and a North America-based support team.

Why Partner with Aarcomm

how we work

A transparent development process

We support you with a dedicated, in-house team and a transparent development process.

01 Understanding Your Needs
02 Designing Your Custom Solution
03 Field Testing By Your Operators
04 Production And Rollout
05 Ongoing Support

We begin by learning your requirements, goals, and challenges. Together, we define the technical specifications and scope. Once the initial concept is agreed, we build a proposal that covers feasibility, scope, budget, and timeline. This stage confirms the project’s parameters so you can move forward with full confidence.

Our in-house engineering team begins to develop your custom solution: user interface, wiring diagrams and a working demonstration unit, engineered around your machine's existing systems, functional requirements, and your operators' workflow. Design refinements are made collaboratively with your team, resolving issues at the stage where they are most efficient to address. Throughout, you work directly with your account executive and field engineer.

The demo unit is then evaluated in its intended setting: in your operators' hands, on active job sites, under real working conditions. We work closely with your team to ensure that the remote performs as designed, and any additional refinements are clearly documented.

With the design finalized, the project moves into manufacturing under disciplined quality control, with reliable supply and on-time delivery to keep your production line on schedule. We scale to your requirements, from initial batch through full rollout, without compromising quality.

Our involvement continues well beyond production. We offer an industry-leading two-year warranty, backed by our North America-based Customer Success team, which is staffed by real people who pick up the phone, not a chatbot or a ticket queue. As your product line evolves or new requirements emerge, we adapt with it — the basis of a lasting partnership.
